Why was my account rejected?

Due to a variety of reasons, your account verification may result in rejection.


There are cases where users are required to provide additional information before we are able to proceed with their application. Therefore, we encourage users to check their email for notifications while their application is ongoing. 


If the rejection however, is due to compliance reasons, this is a result of the user falling into a certain category that StraitsX cannot conduct business with. This may be due to imposed rules and/or regulations by the MAS or other internal policies.


StraitsX reserves the right to refuse to provide our services to anyone, in our sole discretion. This is expressly mentioned in Clause 5.10 in our Terms of Service.
