Required Verification Documents for International Users

International-based accounts are accounts for users from countries other than Singapore. For information on Singapore-based Account verification, view here.

To verify an international-based StraitsX Personal Account, the following documents are required:

1. Passport

A valid passport is required as proof of identity and nationality/citizenship.

2. Proof of Address

Submit one of the following documents showing your full name and residential address:

• Bank statement

• Utility bill

• Government-issued letter

• Telco (mobile/internet) bill

The document must be issued within the last 3 months.

Notes:

• Letters from insurance companies are NOT accepted.
