Making a Transfer In Request
Sign in to your account and select the “Transfer In” tab.
Select “XSGD” > “Bank Transfer”.
Click on the “Transfer In” button to generate the instructions.

- Transfer instructions will be shown. Take note of the transfer type and receiving (payee) bank account name and number.

- Make a bank transfer from your bank's mobile app or website.
- Transfers must be made from a first-party bank; bank account under your own name (same name as your StraitsX account).
- Third-party transfers (including from business accounts) will be rejected, and funds will be returned.
- For business accounts, FAST, SWIFT, and MEPS transfers are supported.
- Once the transfer is completed, your funds will be credited to your account within 5-10 minutes. Your balance will automatically be reflected in XSGD.
What to do if the transaction is Pending?
If your transfer shows as pending or blocked on your transaction overview, here’s what you can do:
- Double-check that the transfer was made from your own bank account (same name as your StraitsX account).
- Ensure you used the exact details provided in the transfer instructions.
If everything seems in order but your funds have not arrived after 10 minutes, please contact our Customer Support Team by filling out and submitting this form.
