Making a Transfer Out Request

1. Sign in to your account and select the “Transfer Out” tab.

2. Select “XSGD” > “Bank Transfer”.
3. Select the network you wish to transfer out or redeem SGD to.
   
    
4. Choose the verified bank account.
    
5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, and click the "Transfer Out" button.
    
6. Ensure that the information provided is accurate before proceeding.
    
7. Proceed with 2FA.
    
8. Your bank transfer request should reflect shortly, but it might take up to 90 minutes in some cases to reflect in your bank account.
