How to Reset My Password?

If you've forgotten your StraitsX account password, follow the steps below to reset it.


Steps to reset your password

1. Go to the StraitsX Business Account login page

2. Enter your registered email address and click "Proceed". 

3. On the password screen, click "Forgot Password?".
 

4. You will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from your Two-Factor Authenticator (2FA) app. If you still remember the password but don’t have access to your 2FA, follow this guide to reset your 2FA.


5. On the next screen, enter your email address again and click "Proceed". This should send an email to you with instructions on how to restore access to your account.


6. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button.


7. You will be directed to the "Manage Password" page. Enter your new password and click "Submit". Please note that your password should be 8-16 characters long and include both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.


8. Your password has now been updated. You can log in to your StraitsX account using your new credentials.
