Fake or Impersonation Websites

Scammers may create websites that closely resemble the official StraitsX website. These sites may copy our branding, logos, colours, and login pages in an attempt to obtain your account credentials.

What might it look like?

A fake website may:

• Use a domain name that looks similar to the official StraitsX domain.
• Appear almost identical to the StraitsX login page.
• Ask you to enter your email address, password, OTP, or other account information.
• Be promoted through phishing emails, messages, advertisements, or search results.
  
  

Small differences in spelling or unusual characters in the website address can be signs of an impersonation website.

Always check the website address before entering your credentials.

Consider bookmarking the official StraitsX website instead of accessing it through links received in emails, messages, or advertisements.

If a website looks suspicious, do not enter any information. Close the page and report it to StraitsX Customer Support.
