Requirements

To create a StraitsX Personal Account, you only need:

• A computer or smartphone with internet access

• A valid email address

• A secure password

• An authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator or FreeOTP)
  
  
  

Step-by-Step Registration

1. Go to the StraitsX sign-up page: Sign up using your email and password, or select Continue with Google.

2. Verify your email: Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm.

3. Log in to your new account: Enter your email and password to proceed.

4. Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Scan the QR code using your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code to complete setup. Please refer to this guide.

5. Access your dashboard: After setup, you’ll be redirected to your StraitsX dashboard.

Next Step: Account Verification

To fully activate your account (e.g., transfer in and out), you’ll need to verify your identity.

Requirements include:

• A Singpass account

• A Singaporean phone number

• A Singapore-based bank account
