What are unsupported tokens?

Unsupported tokens are digital assets that a particular platform or service does not support for deposit, trading, or other functions. An unsupported token deposit occurs when a user sends a cryptocurrency or token to their StraitsX wallet that is not part of our list of supported cryptocurrencies and tokens.

What is token recovery?

Token recovery refers to the process of retrieving tokens that were mistakenly sent to an incorrect or unsupported address or network on our platform. In the token recovery process, it is important to note that:

  • There is no absolute assurance of token retrieval
