If you’ve lost access to your authenticator app or device, you can request a 2FA reset by following the steps below.
Steps to reset 2FA
1. Log in to your StraitsX account.
2. On the 2FA verification screen, click "Having trouble with authenticator?" below the "Submit" button.
3. On the "Security Check" page, you will see a message confirming that a verification code will be sent to your registered email address and phone number. Then, click "Continue".
4. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email and phone number, then click "Submit".
5. Once verified, your 2FA will be successfully reset.
