Due to a variety of reasons, your account verification may result in rejection. If the rejection was a result of any of the user’s verification documents not being up to standard, documents can be re-uploaded via id-straitsx.xfers.com/verification > Resubmit.
There are cases where users are required to provide additional information before we are able to proceed with your application. Therefore we encourage users to check their email from time to time for our email when your applications are taking longer than usual.
If the rejection, however, is due to compliance reasons, this is a result of the user falling into a certain category that StraitsX cannot conduct business with. This may be due to imposed rules and/or regulations by the MAS and Indonesian government.
StraitsX reserves the right to refuse to provide our services to anyone, in our sole discretion. This is expressly mentioned in Clause 12.6 in out Terms of Service.
